Group commends President Tinubu on SGF’s appointment, pledges support

A foremost support group for the immediate past Buhari administration, the Tiv National Volunteers For Buhari has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointing a distinguished Benue son and Pan Nigerian, Senator George Akume to the post of Secretary to the Government of the Federation.
This is contained in a statement signed by the National Coordinator of the Group, Arc Patrick Ukura and the National Secretary, Bldr Terna Martin Gyado in Abuja.
The group described the appointment as well deserved and one that will add immense value to the Renewed Hope agenda of the present administration.
The group further pledged to support the Tinubu administration in the same manner it did to the immediate past administration of Fmr President Muhammadu Buhari.
They expressed happiness with the steps taken so far by the new government saying more confidence has been instilled in Nigerians.
The statement also congratulated two of its members Hon Alfred Emberga and Hon Manger Manger who were elected as members of the Benue State House of Assembly in the 2023 polls.
