ICGS alumni to provide digital facilities for enhanced e-learning in alma mater

Alumni of Imane Community Grammar School (ICGS) in Kogi, set of 2001 has resolved to provide digital facilities to enhance e-learning in the school.
The President of the set, Mr Alphonsus Adams made this known at its inaugural ceremony in Abuja on Saturday.
Adams said that the initiative was inline with the theme of the 2023 International Day of the African Child, “Right of the Child in the Digital Environment.”
He said that the association does not only provides opportunity for members to interact as a class after 22 years, but to fashion out ways to support the themselves and the school.
“It is part of our agenda, as it stands we are trying to introduce a computer department in the state to expose the young ones can have the experience early enough as they further their education,” he said.
He said that the set will collaborate with other sets and interested organisations to reroof some of the classrooms, rehabilitate the corps members lodge and facilitate their posting to the school to enhance e-learning.
