On behalf of management, staff and Corps Members of the National Youth Service Corps, the Director General of the National Youth Service Corps, YD Ahmed, has felicitated with the Muslim Umma on the occasion of this year’s Eid-El Kabir celebration.
“I thank the Almighty Allah for his grace to be alive today to be part of this celebration.
“One important lesson of Eid-El Kabir is the abolition of selfishness in our lives.
“As you offer your sacrifices, I pray that Allah purifies your heart, guides and protects you and your loved ones.” The DG stated.
“I urge us to imbibe and apply the spirit of selflessness as demonstrated by Prophet lbrahim and apply same in the discharge of the mandate of the Scheme which is our primary responsibility as staff and Corps Members of the NYSC.” He said
“May Allah grant you and your families happiness and good health.” He concluded.
