The Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC), Bishop Stephen Adegbite, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Hon. Mrs. Omowumi Ogunlola, Federal Commissioner representing the South West on the NCPC Board, on the joyous occasion of her 60th birthday anniversary.

Speaking on behalf of the Chairman and Board Members of the Commission, Bishop Adegbite—represented at the celebration by Hon. (Chief) Clement Nweke, Federal Commissioner for the South East—expressed profound gratitude to God for blessing Hon. Ogunlola with the gift of long life. He underscored that “it is not how long one lives, but the impact one makes that truly matters.”

Describing her as “outspoken, God-fearing, and forthright,” the NCPC helmsman applauded Hon. Ogunlola’s remarkable contributions to national development, both in public service and in humanitarian causes. He highlighted her distinguished record, including her time as Chief Whip of the Ekiti State House of Assembly and her impactful tenure in the House of Representatives (2019–2023).

Bishop Adegbite noted that Hon. Ogunlola’s 60 years on earth are a testament to a life dedicated to selfless service, excellence, and integrity, urging her to continue serving God wholeheartedly in all her endeavours.
