.……Plans to review liability period for all federal road projects
Following repeated failures on virtually all of the federal roads across the country, the Minister of Works, Engr David Nweze Umahi has resolved plans to review its liability period in terms of their maintenance.
This follows on the directives of the Federal Government for an immediate assessment of Section III of the dualized Kano-Maiduguri Road that was recently cut off by flood.
This was part of a statement issued by Barr Orji Uchenna Orji, the Special Adviser on Media to the Honourable Minister of Works, Senator David Nweze Umahi over the weekend.
