Melladu a big loss to State -Alia

The Executive Governor of Benue state, His Excellency, Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Alia describes the death of Late Dr. Bem Melladu as a huge loss to the state in general not just to the family.
Speaking through the Honorable speaker of the Benue state House of Assembly, Aondona Dajoh who represented him at the Burial, Fr. Alia said the exit of Dr. Bem Melladu when his services are most desired is painful and will be dearly missed.
In a statement by Amb. Raphael Akume- Ityav,CPS to the Speaker, BSHOA,Fr. Alia encouraged the family and the good people of Gboko local government to take consolation in the fact that late Dr. Melladu lived a fulfilled life and effectively utilized the opportunity he had to contribute to the development of his fatherland.
Governor Alia prayed to God Almighty to grant the entire family the fortitude to bear the painful loss.
